Processing of personal data
Succé Kommunikation AB prioritizes personal privacy and data protection. This policy explains how personal data is collected and used, and describes the rights of data subjects.
Personal data includes all information about a living natural person that can be directly or indirectly linked to that person. This includes names, personal identification numbers, images and email addresses. Processing refers to the collection, registration, storage, processing and transfer of this data in IT systems or manual registers.
Succé Kommunikation AB (org. no. 556970-6673, Norra Hamngatan 18, Gothenburg, Sweden) is the data controller for all processing within the business.
Primarily, we process names, addresses and contact details to fulfill our obligations under our service agreement with you.
External parties are sometimes engaged for specific purposes, such as payment systems. These are data processors who are guaranteed security and confidentiality according to contractual terms.
Personal data is shared with authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency when required by law or official decisions. These organizations' privacy policies apply to shared data.
Data is only stored as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Accounting data must be stored for at least seven years according to legislation.
Data subjects have the right to obtain extracts of stored data, request correction of incorrect data and in certain cases deletion.
